Fernanda Frota is an engineer by training, with a solid 15-year career in sales, having worked at major multinational companies that are leaders in the food, beverage, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical sectors. Over the past 3 years, she has held the position of Head of Sales, responsible for launching the Food channel and creating and implementing the Go to Market strategy. During this period, Fernanda prospected and acquired new clients, consolidated existing ones, and led the development of the entire commercial strategy. Additionally, she built and developed a team from scratch, demonstrating exceptional leadership and business development skills at a national level. She brings with her a deep understanding of the bureaucratic processes inherent in large multinational companies, combined with the flexibility needed to create and implement innovative projects from the ground up. Fernanda is highly focused on delivering results, standing out for her agility, focus, effective communication, and ability to build strong relationships with clients across the country.
